About Nancy

A multiple award-winning finance strategist, inspiring mentor, keynote speaker and energetic philanthropist determined to create lasting change, Nancy Youssef is the founder of Classic Finance and Classic Mentoring and Coaching. 

 
 

Recognised as a leader, innovator and industry expert, she is an ambassador for change both within the finance industry here in Australia, and in some of the world’s most impoverished communities stemming from her firm belief that belief that any business (large or small) can create a great impact and has raised over $160,000 to empower people in underprivileged communities, such as Malawi in Africa. 

On a personal level, Nancy is enormously proud to be a successful female entrepreneur in a traditionally male-dominated finance industry and takes every opportunity to enhance her leadership skills and impart her knowledge to new to industry and existing brokers who are looking to grow their businesses. 

In 2015 she was one of 20 Australian entrepreneurs provided an opportunity to attend a leadership retreat held at Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island – an experience that further strengthened her personal belief that every individual has the ability to realise their potential. Several other personal and professional development retreats have followed, including a powerful Knowledge and Study tour in 2018, which saw Nancy undertake learnings at UCLA Anderson School of Management and the Disney Institute, as well as field trips to successful global businesses founded in Los Angeles.

Aside from assisting business owners through mentoring and achieving their finance goals, Nancy is regularly invited to work with various fintechs and financial organisations, such as ANZ, Pepper Money and Prospa to deliver keynotes, moderate expert panels and provide insights/articles.

 

Nancy is the winner of The Adviser Better Business Award 2019 and 2020 Mentor of The Year, as well as recently becoming an author, after publishing her first book 'Fear Money Purpose' written to inspire small business owners to overcome common fears in business and to ultimately find their purpose.

She has featured in many podcasts including Lawyers Weekly, My Business, Alan Kohler (Qantas Business) Kevin Turner (Real Estate Business), Elite Agent, Extraordinary Book Club (London) and David Kochie's publications to provide interviews across money and broking education. 

Nancy has also contributed articles for Australian Financial Review, The Weekend Australian, Yahoo, Smart Company, Women's Agenda, and is an endorsed Opinion Columnist for CEO World Magazine.

Nancy loves to travel, read, walk and spend time with family, and is forever brewing new ideas that are waiting for her to bring them to life!
