Most recently, Nancy received her Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) accredited by the Professional Speakers Australia (PSA) and recognised not just in Australia but abroad. The CSP accreditation is an international designation that acknowledges the experience and professional capability of leading speakers. Professional Speakers Association is the only body in Australia that awards this prestigious international recognition.

In 2019, Nancy was invited to speak at ANZ Bank's National Conference, delivering her keynote on 'Overcoming Fear to Find Purpose'. Throughout 2019, she was invited, as an industry expert, to moderate a national educational panel for Prospa, one of Australia's largest fintech lenders consisting of accountants and financial planners. Nancy has also chaired the diversification workshop stream for the 2019 Mortgage Professional Australia Broker Business Exchange. This was an innovative learning and networking platform for mortgage brokers to not only do business, but to also learn how to stay profitable and sustainable in an environment of change – something Nancy is very passionate about.

In addition to hosting a number of Q&As at industry events, conferences and seminars, both within the mortgage industry and within other complementary industries such as real estate investing and related services, Nancy has been invited to participate on fintech round tables.

She has spoken at events including the Better Business Summit, has appeared on national webinars with fintech's Capify and Funda Financial, and has run workshops with The Adviser Magazine to nurture their new broker academy.
